Health Professionals Award Badges

You are here: Home » How We Help » CCAA Award Badges » Health Professionals Award Badges

Do you know of a doctor, nurse, physio, OT or psychologist that has made a big difference in caring for your child or young person? Would you like to recognise their help and support? You might like to nominate them for one of our 3 awards ‘I care’, “Above and Beyond’ or simply ‘Thank you’

The Health Professional Award Badges

I care

Thank You

Above & Beyond

Our families always tell us how much of a difference their paediatric rheumatology teams make in their lives. We would love to help you show your appreciation by awarding them with a special badge and lanyard that they can wear at work. This way new families will also see that they are in safe hands.

The nomination process is quick and easy – simply choose the badge which most suits what you would like to say and click here to reward someone in your paediatric rheumatology team.

Make Your Nomination

How Does The Process Work?

1

Choose An Award Badge

You and your child/young person choose the badge you would like to award to your healthcare professional

2

Complete The Nomination

You complete the nomination form together and let us know why they deserve it

Make Your Nomination

3

Where To Send The Nomination

You can choose whether you would like to give them the badge yourself (in this case we will send the badge and certificate to you) or whether you would like us to send the badge and certificate directly on your behalf.

4

Wear Your Badge With Pride

We will send the badge and a certificate saying who nominated them and why. If it is their first award they will also receive a CCAA lanyard so that they can wear their badge with pride!
